Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may be prolonged and shipping costs may be higher than normal. These are circumstances outside of our control and we appreciate your patience. :)

Domestic Shipping 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All books will be fulfilled through Firebird Spark while merchandising products will be fulfilled separately by Printful. This may split your orders into two or more separate shipments that you will be able to track independently. 

We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup at this time.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time :( 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@firebirdspark.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

As stated in our refund policy, all sales at this time are final. We believe in the quality of our books and products.
